Nicky Shiels (Panel facilitator)

Head of Research & Metals Strategy at MKS PAMP

Nicky Shiels is the Head of Research & Metals Strategy at MKS PAMP, where she is focused on launching the precious metals research platform, enhancing sales and trading efforts, and advancing strategic opportunities within the organization. With nearly 20 years in the financial industry, she has held key roles as a commodities desk strategist at various North American banks, specifically covering precious and base metals markets.

Kathleen Kelley

Chief Executive Officer of Queen Anne’s Gate Capital Management

Kathleen Kelley is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Queen Anne’s Gate Capital Management (“QAG”), a consulting firm focused on global macro and commodity markets research, advising some of the world’s largest asset management  firms, commodity producers and governmental agencies on their commodity risks and exposures. Prior to launching the consulting firm, she ran a commodity focused global macro hedge fund of the same name.

She is a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and is often cited in such publications as the WSJ, Institutional Investor, Dow Jones News and Futures Magazine.

In all Ms. Kelley has spent more than 25 years in global macro research and portfolio management. From 2005-2011 she ran the macro portfolio at Kingdon Capital Management, and before that she was a macro portfolio manager and strategist at Vantis Capital.  Prior to that she spent 10 years at Tudor Investment Corporation doing economic research and running a commodity focused portfolio.  Kathleen began her career as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where she worked in the International Research Group and the Capital Markets Group. She holds a BA in economics with a minor in mathematics from Smith College and a General Course Degree from the London School of Economics in econometrics. She is a Director at Integrated Energy Materials, a firm focused on decarbonizing energy. Kathleen currently or has previously served on the North American Advisory Board of the London School of Economics, the Smith College Endowment Committee and a number of non-for-profit boards including Reserve and the All Hands and Hearts Fund. She is a co-founder of High-Water Women.

Christine Gilfillan

Executive Director

Christine Gilfillan is UBS Investment Bank’s Head of Distribution for Precious Metals in the Americas. In this role, Christine leads client engagement across all sectors—including institutional, private wealth, corporate, and sovereign entities. Her product expertise spans OTC forwards, futures, derivatives, and the full physical chain of custody, including structural transactions. Christine is recognized for her strategic leadership in delivering tailored solutions across complex global markets.

Ludmila Fabianova

Director, Precious Metals Sales – ICBC Standard Bank

Ludmila Fabianova is a seasoned precious metals expert with 20 years of experience on the trading desk at ICBC Standard Bank. She is actively involved in the daily flow of business from a wide range of clients, including industrial users, refiners, investors, and financial institutions.

Her role encompasses daily pricing and hedging across the full spectrum of precious metals—gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium.. In addition to her sales/trading expertise, Ludmila plays a key role in structuring and managing metal financing solutions, including inventory and in-transit financing, helping clients optimize liquidity and manage supply chain risk.

Ludmila’s deep market knowledge, client-centric approach, and long-standing presence at ICBC Standard Bank have made her a trusted partner in the global precious metals community.
