Asia Women in PGM Network is delighted to announce the appointment of Akiko Kodama to its Asia Chapter Committee.
The Asia Women in PGM network is pleased to welcome Akiko Kodama as its newest committee member, joining Asia Chapter Chair Zhuoying Jing, alongside fellow committee members Kate Harada and Zhenzhen Liu in driving the continued growth of the network across the region.
The Asia Chapter plays a vital role within the Women in PGMs network, working to identify and secure speakers for industry conferences, connect members across the network, host regional events, and support the mentoring of the next generation of talent in the precious metals industry.
Akiko brings with her a wealth of experience in the PGM and automotive catalyst sector. She is a Supervisor at Honda Trading Corporation, where she has been a coordinator of Catalyst and PGM supply chain operations since 2013 — bringing over a decade of deep industry knowledge to the committee. She also broadened her international experience through a tenure at Honda Trading America from 2021 to 2023, and continues to be actively engaged in the PGM procurement business following her return to Japan.
The Women in PGMs network continues to expand its reach across Asia, and Akiko’s expertise makes her an outstanding addition to the committee.
